What is web based self service? That’s a question that company ComAround has gotten several times. Many of their potential clients could not easily understand the benefits of using such a service. Day4 was contacted and came up with the idea to create Support Man, a super hero that show how ComAround can redirect traffic from the IT department by giving users easy access to information and problem solving.

Day4 hacked an X-Box Kinect (sorry Microsoft) and recorded human movement that we then transfered to the 3D model of Support Man. We created an internal computer world where Support Man works hard and deflects traffic that doesn’t need to go to the IT department.
